Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
ImpulsoDigital ("we") is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data when you visit adictoalapobreza.com or make a purchase. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent regulations.
1. Data we collect
Contact data you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone and message) when using the contact or subscription form.
Anonymous browsing data (visitor identifier, assigned experience variant and sales-funnel interaction events) only if you accepted analytics cookies.
Payment data: we never store card numbers; payment is processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We use your contact data to answer your inquiries and, if you authorize it, to send you updates about the book (legal basis: consent).
We use analytics cookies to understand site performance and improve the purchase experience (legal basis: consent, granted through the cookie notice).
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to function (for example, to remember your preferred language) and, only with your explicit consent, analytics cookies to measure sales-funnel conversion.
You can change your choice at any time from the cookie notice. No analytics cookie is activated before you accept it.
4. Who we share your data with
We share strictly necessary data with our infrastructure providers: Google Firebase/Cloud (hosting and database) and Stripe (payment processing). None of them use your data for their own advertising purposes.
5. Data retention
We keep contact data while there is an active relationship with us or until you request its deletion. Payment records are kept as required by applicable tax regulations.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and request portability of your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contacto@impulsodigital.us. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable regulation.
7. International transfers
Our providers (Google Cloud and Stripe) may process data outside your country of residence, always under adequate data protection safeguards required by GDPR.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The last update date is shown at the top of this document.
